Returns and Exchanges
Heavenly Couture strives to ensure that the items our customers want are in-stock and ready to be shipped. Since our inventory turnover is extremely high and we cannot guarantee the availability of a customer's exchange item(s), we do not process exchanges. We recommend that our customers Request a Return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the desired item(s). A Return Request can be made from the customer's Amazon account. Please see our Return Policy for more details regarding returns.
Heavenly Couture makes every effort to provide the utmost customer service by making sure our customers are pleased with their purchase(s). If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can Request a Return either in their account settings, e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at (877) 595-1717. Once a Return Request is submitted, Heavenly Couture will approve it. Customers must then send back the item(s) to the following address:

A refund will be processed once the item(s) is received. When returning shoes, please keep in mind that all items must be brand new and not show any defects. Heavenly Couture will carefully examine each shoe, and if found worn, Heavenly Couture must charge the customer a 50% restocking fee.
Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
